ACTION: Cllrs. Walford and Kelsey to amend the paper and produce copies for distribution.  Cllr. Ashton to book the Village Hall.

Cllr. Paul Ashton summarised the main points from a meeting that he and the Clerk attended held by SCC and SCDC about the proposed development.  Cllr. Ashton prepared a summary of the issues affecting Yoxford which he had circulated to the Council by email.  It was agreed that this document together with documents produced by Cllr. Walford and by a member of the public present at the meeting could be used as the basis to the Council’s response to the consultation.
